Writing Your B Side to the Truth

“Children are remarkable for their intelligence and ardor, for their curiosity, their intolerance of shams, the clarity and ruthlessness of their vision.”
Aldous Huxley

Being in Brazil for the last week, with another 20 days to go... has given me much time to develop some inner personal communication skills. The rush of life and the A Side is still strong here. Yet the lack of knowing things here and having to figure things out has given a sense of developing knowledge and gaining clarity.

This quote from Aldous Huxley explains its best. They have Zero limiting beliefs. This should be what we strive for, to be 100% positive and focused on our vision and having the life we want and a life worth living. Many times the life we think we want, is not the life we want. And even more so we forget that we are living life now. We are not going to ge to a certain spot one day and say, ok that was great I conquered life today now what? We will continually be traveling a great journey and increasing our knowledge and skills.

As I look at the beauty of children and the glow from their face of just enjoying that very moment it creates curiosity inside me to think... is this possible again in my life. Although it may not be every second of the day, we can develop skills that help us recognize when we are not as children, not in the moment, and not having a life worth living.

Today as I sat in silence and pondered the last couple days, things I have experienced, success, and failure... I discovered a process. I will spend the next few weeks refining it to help others learn it, to experiment with it, to apply it in my own life and to see the results.

It is a 6 step process

Step 1: Recognition and listening to the A Side... includes feelings of frustration... depression, low energy, lack of desire, negative thoughts. We must recognize these feelings.

Step 2: Cause... what lack of action caused these feelings, what recent experience is causeing this, what is going wrong in life? Be specific. this is an imortant step.

Step 3: Self-told lies... Why didn´t i do those actions, what were my excuses?

Step 4: Writing the B Side... what do I want to see happen or change...? be specific.

Step 5: Listen to old songs you wrote... list your past success of when you felt great and succeed.

Step 6: Instant action plan... write specifically what you will do and it must be done instantly. Use words like I will, I am, I do, I love. You must complete these actions immediately with in 2 or 3 days and possibly for a short amount of time, 7 to 14 days if they are daily actions steps.

To tie it all together take 5 to 10 minutes and write gratitude for your success, and things in your life. Relate it to the specific topic as close as possible.

Today is the day of our life. Yesterday is gone, yet we can learn from it. Tomorrow is not yet here, yet what we do today will write our future for others to learn from and also have a life worth living. Today ask yourself... what is a cause worth living for?

World

“Be the change you want to see in the World.” Gandhi

"He that findeth his life shall lose it: and he that loseth his life for my sake shall find it." Matthew 10:39

I ponder the days at hand and the trials before us. The land in which we live, the lives in which we lead, and the tears that many have shed. The ability in which I have to give and to give more of.

I seek God and personal communication with myself. The future is uncertain for most, yet those who land with their feet planted and their purpose direct have created clarity. Not a perfect knowledge of what lays before them in their path, yet a perfect knowledge of calmness and tranquility. A perfect knowledge of peace and serenity. A perfect knowledge of love.

Today I received this quote from my wonderful friend, "How different our lives are when we really know what is deeply important to us, and keeping that picture in mind, we manage ourselves each day to be and to do what really matters most. What things are deeply important to you?"

As I pondered that question I realized many great blessings. I learned my deepest desires and my true intentions. The things that "change" me the most is as I lose my self for others while becoming my best self so that I may give my best self. This task is not easy. We are constantly distracted and decoyed from what really matters most.

When you ponder upon the subject of life, money is always an obstacle that creates a destination. Friends there is no destination yet only this wild ride you are on called life. You can take away any materialistic thing and give me relationships. Relationships with God, with myself, with my family, with my dear friends, and those I have yet to create. The feeling generated while lifting another will move mountains and change lives. And particularly as you seek to change your own life you will move others to do the same.

I fear many things in this mortal existence as spiritual beings. I fear not my future yet the future of others. In layman's terms, the future is uncertain and it does not take a rocket scientist see that humanity and the World is not heading in a great direction. Pride is lifted up in our hearts, including mine and yours. The freedoms that we enjoy are slowly slipping through our fingers as we have failed to think and act for ourselves. Remember there is one freedom you can never lose; and that is the freedom of your mind and creation. Hold strong to your core values and hold strong to progression in the direction that your heart truly guides you.

This Christmas season take a look around. Look at the World you once knew. Look at the actions you are doing and those that are in your life. Give a helping hand. Those with money in your accounts give to those that you feel inspired to give. Those with little money give your kindness and your smile. Seek to lift those around you that they may know for themselves who they are. That they may know that all the future may look bleak and uncertain, that no matter what, they may be certain of who they are and what they have to give. No one can ever take that away.

Inability to Make Decisions

Make decisions and don't look back. The inability to decide is the inability to live for yourself.

The lack of decision making is the defeat of your plans. Wanderer's simply wander because either they do not know where they want to go or they did not decide where they want to go. The ability to make distinct decision's is a main point is success.

With the ability to make distinct decisions without looking back or second guessing gives one a sense of direction and confidence. The more confidence that is created increase's one energy and thus increasing their magnet inside with the law of attraction.

A simple answer of "I do not know" simply shows a person's lack of confidence with their self and and their ability. Make a decision and move forward... others will support you and more than likely they will follow you.

The B side tot he truth today is we are programmed and pattern to live life on default due to the lack of the ability to make decisions. Make it your decision to make decisions. As most individuals go through public school and then on to college they are never taught the skill of decision making. They can go two years and earn an associates degree in general studies without ever making the decision of what they want to study. They enter the work field not choosing what type of work or employer they want, yet what is readily available.

Action challenge today is decide on what you want in your life by deciding what you want to do today. I dunno not suggest that you map out every second of your day, yet start simple... next time someone ask's "where would you like to eat?" simply say the first thing that pop's in your head and go there.

As your ability to make decisions increases, the ability to have a life worth living increases and your development of personal leadership rises.

The Vision Of A Life Worth Living!

2010 is now rapidly approaching. Those that wish to achieve more are working on the life vision for the next year. How and what do you want in your life for 2010? Write it down and review it often.

Any human being that has defied the social view of what can and can't be done... did it in their head first. They had an uncanny amount of desire that was cultivated from the inside until there human and spiritual being could do no more than to let the energy flow freely and outwardly for the whole world to see.

We are in a mindset and society of waiting for a break to come. Those that have caught a break or had a great opportunity did not wait for it... they created it them selves. The burning desire to become more and deserve more comes from within your true passion and the ability to build upon that.

The B side to the truth is to throw away your back up plan. It has become a custom in today's society to have a fall back plan. I hear phrases such as: "I am putting together a back up plan in case this doesn't work out", "Go to school and get a degree to fall back on", "Atleast you have a degree to fall back on", "I'll be able to get a job to fall back on if my plans don't pan out". The moment an individual creates a back up plan he or she has instantly failed. The moment he vocalize and focus any amount of energy on anything other than the burning desire he or she has and will fail.

Write out your vision and how you are going to achieve what you believe. Be specific and put a time frame on it with exactness! Ready it multiple times daily. Just like a fire... the fire must be fed... the more and faster you feed it... the hotter the fire!

So the challenge between now and Christmas is simple... create your life for 2010 and write down your vision for having a life worth living. Go bigger and write a 5 year ideal life. That is what would your ideal life look like over the next 5 years. Read this over and over again to fixate the vision into reality.

Persistence and Tenacity

Persistence: Continuance of an effect after the cause is removed: persistence of
vision.
Tenacious: persistent in maintaining, adhering to, or seeking something valued or desired.

The ability to have a conscious and continuous effort to one's desires will give freedom and success to any individual that seeks after it.

The ability to be persistent is to have something to look forward to long and short. The ability to look into the future and define your success and creating a plan in which to follow. Where we as humans fall short and stay on the A side is we fail in even deriving our own plan on life and purposeful living. If you ask anyone what their purpose is and how they seek to achieve it you will receive many answers like be happy, make money, get a good job, go to school, have a family... yet they have failed to develop a step by step plan in which they may achieve their success.

Another avenue that leads down the path of failure is the fear of failure itself. We create in our minds the fallacy that I will probably fail and I can not take the criticism from others such as my family, friends, or peers. Typically this is a subconscious limiting belief that must be overcome and eliminated.

The third way in which we often fail is once we have developed a plan, we lack persistence and tenacity. We have our purpose and our path, yet the persistence and tenacity escapes us. How? By those around us. Continually you will be invited to seek other ventures, which sound like great ventures, and probably are great ventures. The problem is it takes us away from our plan and we then begin a new plan. We are always starting new plans and never stay consistent, persistent, and tenacious enough to carry out our plans whether succeed or fail. The ability to persist in itself is success and your progress great bounds in your purposeful life.

The B side to the truth is we must create a plan in which to fulfill our purpose and our desires. Part to of that is become persistent and tenacious in not allowing anything to stand in the way of your plan of action!

Henry Ford, according to Napoleon Hill, was often thought of as being "cold blooded". Yet he was one of the first to make millions again after the great depression. It is not "cold blooded" to be persistent and tenacious... it is purposeful.

The Ability to Have a Great Day!

The ability to have a great day today starts from within. Decide now the 3 most important things for you to do today!

God is known as the creator of all things. If this is true we must eliminate competition and a limiting amount of creation. We must strap on a mindset of abundance. Here is what I mean by that... we must have a paradigm shift of thinking there is enough to go around... there is more than enough money to be made... more than enough real estate to be sold... more than enough ways to change the lives of others. The ability to create is a choice from within, in which you can tap in to the source, God, and create a life worth living. As you create a life worth living, you create opportunity for growth not only in your own life, yet in the life of others.

It is a God given right to get rich. Through riches are born ideas and knowledge. Through ideas and knowledge are born creations and happiness. The thought that this is as far as I'll make it must be abolished and plentiful thoughts must replace our limiting thoughts and beliefs.

The B side to the truth today is the ability to create a life worth living. Whatever it is you seek out to do, you can do. The life that you envision, you will have. Whether it is a limited life or limitless life, you will create it.

Every morning is your opportunity to build upon your creation. Remember to seek knowledge and ideas... when an idea is born it's chance for survival is small... almost impossible due to the lack of faith in the ability to create. Once an idea is born, nurture it instantly! To be able to nurture an idea, one must act upon it... one must put into action the idea that has been born and this will feed the veins of growth and breathe lungs of manifestation.

So today is the day of your creation... remember that! Start by taking specific time to create expansion and eliminate the focus of what is lost.

Your Mr. Miyagi

Power of Accountability: to make real decisions one must have a system to act on the decision.

I have been listening to the New York Times 6 time best seller; The Game, by Neil Strauss. In a nutshell the book is about his experience from starting as a loser writer for The Rolling Stones to becoming known as the World's Greatest Pick Up Artist. Towards the end the house named Project Hollywood falls to shambles, and Neil begins to realize the whole purpose he joined the pick up community was not even close to coming to fruition. The point was to join a group of people with a drive to become better mentally, physically, financially, and most of all socially. The drive to be socially accepted and not be the goofy nerds anymore. In turn Strauss says "our house has turned into 'Lord of The Flies'".

It is human nature in which we get stuck in the amygdala, taught by Matt Townsend at The Townsend Relationship Center. The amygdala is where we decide to fight, flight, or mate. It is very common for a man to have those urges and to act upon them in our society, yet we as humans have something no other species have... and its the ability to move to the Neo Cortex or higher brain way of thinking. It is the ability to live the B side to the truth in your own life.

As Neil Strauss converses with pick up guru, Mystery, he begins to learn the true lack of every pick up artist; the inner-confidence, the inner-game, the self-validation. As Mystery breaks down in tears he says to Neil, "I never had a Mr. Miyagi". And Neil learned that Mystery never had a father to teach him how to be happy for himself, and more than that, that being your self was not enough... yet being your best self is required.

The B side to the truth today is who is your Mr. Miyagi? The power of having a mentor; that may be your father, a coach, a friend, a sibling or whom ever it is, is the difference from just being your self and being your best self. The ability to be accountable to utilizing your max potential and developing your true'ness' to a quantum leap is the power of true relationship.

So ask yourself this question, who are my Mr. Miyagi's? I have number of them... and the one's that have helped me become my best self are: My Parents and My real estate coach, Bob Loeffler. Along with great friends that are uplifting more than depleting my energy.

Identify your 5 most important Mr. Miyagi's and and your 5 enemies (people that are bringing you down). Create a plan that will allow you to increase your relationship with your Mr. Miyagi.

Energy Wasters

Often times we waste energy on issues or tasks that are not productive and consume our ability to move forward with our purpose. What are you wasting energy on?

The A side to the truth is that we focus all of our energy on efforts to prove a useless point that takes us backwards rather than forwards in our true purpose in life.

The last couple of posts I have blogged about the importance of inner-game and self-confidence. The interesting thing is when we stay focused on the B side and on a purposeful life it gives us more validation. Others will actually attract in to your life giving you more "power" sort of speak over yourself. It will reaffirm that you are living a purposeful life. Others will look to you as if you have a secret that you have discovered and they desire to know it.

Each one of us wants and needs validation. If we do not receive validation then we lose our integrity and as Matt Townsend teaches, we become STARVED from a need. What happens when you starve? You die. You may not actually die from the lack of validation, yet you will have an empty life of never feeling like you are enough and you will spend your time looking back at what you have missed out on instead of what you have gained. It is the knowledge through your experiences that take you to a next level.

I read an article written by Steve Pavlina at www.stevepavlina.com, that was the 10 ways on being a man. The number one way to be a man was to be decisive, direct, and focused. This will cause more prosperity in your life and more direction. We as humans have a tendency to look to others for guidance. As New York Times best selling Author of the book "The Game", Neil Strauss, teaches... we already have all of the answers we need inside of us. It is a matter of asking ourselves the direction in which we must go.

The B side to the truth is to decide what you are passionate about, put together a plan or follow a proven model, create personal standards according to your core values, and this will create validation with in you and amongst your peers. You gain more respect and as a by product you will have more followers flowing to you and an abundance of energy. Energy attracts knowledge, money, success, love, fulfillment, and happiness.

Here's what I mean by that. One who has the standard to not drink alcohol even when everyone else around does not will gain more respect by not drinking alcohol at a party or event then one that drink's alcohol even though it is below their own standard. People will notice and validate you more for your integrity to live up to your personal standards.

Create standards and direction in your life and you will become a magnet. When we waste energy, our magnetism is deactivated and we will actually begin to lose what we already have.

Later Means Never

Later means never and... Now means right now. If you are going to do something great there is no later. It will never happen. You must act now.

In the new DVD release, the movie "UP", depicts the power of now in such a way it will bring tears to your eyes by the end of the film. The opportunity to have an adventure is now. We as human beings spend so much time worrying about what we missed out on, we forget about the Power of Now. The opportunity to live today and create a World no one else can imagine. Towards the end of the film "UP" the husband is looking at his wife's book of great adventures and when he gets to the end of the book he see's the section "What I'm Going to Do". As he flipped the pages he saw their wedding pictures and all the pictures of them growing old together. And at the end of the last picture she wrote to the affect, Go have more great adventures! She was passing the vision on to not fret about the past, GO LIVE LIFE! YOU STILL HAVE MUCH TO ENJOY!!

We get so bogged down in the A side of life that we actually forget to have our own great adventures. I learned the other day what makes little kids such great salesman and dreamers. It is simple... they have eliminated the word "No" from their vocabulary. Can we have this? NO! Please can we?? No! Come on mom!!! Please!!! Ok, but be quick about it. They have the ability to ignore obstacles and create focus. They concentrate their energy on their dreams and their dreams become reality!!! They dream of playing in the NFL, the World Cup... they dream of flying around the World in a giant hot air balloon, they dream of fighting fires, they dream with deep desire and without a shadow that their dream is their reality.

Yet as they grow older, the a sider's of the World shoot them down and tell them they can't. So the b side to the truth today is dream and live now! Eliminate the no's and the cant's from your vocabulary. And do it now!! The longer you wait to live your dream the less energy you will have to act... and later means never. Don't live your whole life wanting to have a great adventure and thinking of what would have been. In the end the great adventure is what makes this a life worth living!

Creating Exactness

Have you ever noticed that life is like a movie on fast forward and by the time you get to your favorite part you missed it... and no matter how hard you try to rewind, it just doesn't rewind?

Stillness creates exactness, focus, and precise decision making. It is the ability to slow down life before we miss our favorite part.

The ability to create exactness comes from abolishing fear. I received a messages from my friend Sheena Patterson today that read; On Atonement: Miracles represent freedom from fear, "Atoning" means "undoing". The undoing of fear is an essential part of the Atonement value of miracles.

As we undo fear we replace it with faith. Faith consists of thought, desire, action, and result. The ability to communicate with ourselves through stillness eliminates fear and leads us to inner peace and purpose.

Human beings have 2% conscious mind and 98% subconscious mind. A small protection separates the two states. It is called the gate keeper. We are only able to truly communicate with ourselves and others on a subconscious level. Yet we can enter consciously or subconsciously through the gate keeper. The gate keeper is a pattern created protection that does not all things into our subconscious mind in fear of it reprogramming it and hurting the individual. Even though most times it is necessary that a new pattern is created and new subconscious is developed.

How to enter the subconscious mind and by pass the the gate keeper means we must pattern interrupt. We must "Atone" and "undo" our patterns of fear protection. To be able to do that we must do things completely differently than ever before. We must become the b side to the truth. When we do things completely differently the gate keeper will not have a pattern to react to it and it will lower its gate and allow us to enter the the subconscious mind of ourselves or of another individual.

The b side to the truth is go forward by going backwards. Do things completely differently than all other people. There are two ways to accomplish this. One is find a proven model and duplicate it. The other is trial and error while being detached by the outcome, and only concerned on the findings as something that worked or not. Even through picking a model to follow, there will be trial and error.

Lifeless Patterns

We wake up, we do our routine, we got to work, we receive formal education, we follow lifeless patterns. I speak we as a generality. There is a small percentage of b siders out there. Those that control their constants. Those that move towards instead of away because of the subconsious fear that has been pattern developed.

Many of us stroll through life aimlessley with the doubt of being meant for more. I have been defined as arrogant and could careless what others think of me. The reality is emotionally I survive and succeed directly because of acceptance. As each individual that breathes oxygen emotionally desires.

Yet why do some seem to have it and others wander cluessly? Why do some guys get any girl they want? Why do some people make more money than others? Why do some women appear more beautiful than others? It is no secret that each one of us is born with a natural true'ness'. An I am that proclaims our God-given talents that define who we are. Yet what is the secret is that we must nuture this being inside of us. When we neglect to nurture our God-Self, we neglect happiness.

The b side to the truth today may seem curious... yet social acceptance does matter. Not for your social status, yet for your emotional health and sanity. You cannot have a life worth living by yourself. Great gurus in their respective fields like Joel Olsteen, Anthony Robbins, or even talented musicians a like have zero power without you and I. If power were a correct term to use, then power only comes from those that accept. If X number of people did not accept these principles taught by the earlier mentioned gurus or the music was never listened too, then their power is taken away. The b side to the truth is to become who you were born to be, you must be accepted. You however do not seek acceptance to gain power or feel like a social icon or to be a God. Yet to influence others. To give what you have gained. A sense of emotional bliss that may never be described as words.

The moment you feel comfortable with who you are because of the fear of the outcome you have let your weeds of fear, doubt, and worry take control over you. The moment you feel comfortable because to your core you recognize your greatness and that you are the creator of your own World, you have commenced the journey. There is no end, and there is no begining friends. There is only knowledge and application mixed with internal emotion.

The funny things is social acceptance is not being yourself. It is NOT being what you have been patterned to be. It is changing what you have been developed into what you were destined to be... A God sort of speak... not to control masses, yet to simply to control yourself. In doing so power is given unto you, again not to control others, yet to unlock power for others... to unlock emotional health for others... to unlock life for others and yourself.

In order to increase your acceptance, you must increase your skills. Yet in such a way that you completely withdraw emotion to the equation. Acceptance is not complex logrithm, yet a simple linear equation. Simple as Open, Deflect, Enter, and Invite. Open the gateway of energy, deflect the patterns of protection (in which people will subconsiously use to protect them of rejection from you), enter their World, and invite them into yours.

Limited Edition

Life is a limited addition. Often times we walk through this experience of mortal exisitence through constant change. The one thing in life is that there is continual change in our life.

As life continually passes us by, history seems to repeat itself. Although the experiences are new and different and absorbent of our energy, the principles are consistent. The errors are typically the same and success still derives from the same source.

I realize there are days in which my content is better than others. As if a flowing source of energy that is abundant sometimes turns shallow. It is through my life experiences and my personal quest for knowledge and understanding that my content is born. As I continue over the years from when my content began in just a persoanl journal, to text messages, and now to public blogs... the same concepts and principles continue to flow from my fingers on to the screen. There are only so many principles and concepts to talk about, yet a different perception coming from my mind to the print that others may read from. It is those percepetions that help us identify the principle in our life. With out perception, we would miss this limited edition of life. We are so greately clouded over with work, family, and the social view of life... We often forget to live life.

I have not developed new concepts or principles, nor will anyone ever develop them. They are all the same that tie in to our human life value in our realms spiritually, mentally, physically, socially, and financially. They have always existed. Yet they are not always consciously perceived.

Perhaps Freud, Darwin, and all the theorist a like were all right. Perhaps we have developed who we are through our social views and enviornment. Perhaps we have become who we swore we never would be from the follies of our parents and family. Perhaps we continually must evolve to survive. Perhaps this now is limited in this moment, yet the principle will be contiually taught upon us til one day we recognize the truth.

The b side to truth is simple. Life is simple. We are simple. We live, we die, and what happens in bewteen is up to us. We have been taught to go to school to get good grades and the power of learning has exited our schools. This life is a giant college. Yet there is no report card in the end. There are only experiences that help you the next chapter of life. And the same concept will return over and over again. Love and happiness can only be defined in one way. So remember where you are from and what you have become is only temporary, but who you are is eternal.

Inner Game and Self Confidence

Inner game is a constant battle. Our inner self confidence reflects an energy that others feel. Change your habits and increase your inner game.

There is absolutely no better way then action to increase confidence. In Marci Shimhoff's book "Happy for no Reason", she states a statistic that 95% of all human beings have the same fear or limiting belief. That they are not enough or not important, and sadly enough that they are not qualified in God's eyes. Whether people admit it or not it is easily observed.

60% of communication is body language, 33% is tone of voice, and a measly 7% is the actual words used in talking or communicating. Well with those numbers how is then that we mainly communicate to those around us? Through our body language. How though do we have great body language. Is is as simple as your inner game. The more you increase your mindset, self worth, and confidence... the more people will feel your energy.

One of the easiest ways for one to relate is through sales and dating. When a salesman approaches a prospect, it is hardly the words that will make the difference. Yes tweaking them will increase your sales, yet the ability to have a set of words with out hesitation gleams an energy of confidence. With dating, when a man approaches a woman, she will know instantly his motive for the most part, or if he has developed an inner game of self worth and confidence.

In a previous post it has been noted that Napoleon Hill's book, "Think and Grow Rich", he tells us that we should spend no less then 10 minutes at the minimum a day working on mindset.

The b side to the truth is this, most people do not care if you look like a fool and if they do it will last for only seconds; because they are too worried about themselves and about how they are perceived. They are actually seeking your approval. The more approval you give the more people will see your self worth. The more success you have the stronger your confidence is boosted.

In sales, consultants are taught to role play, role play, and role play. The moral of the story is they are taught to increase their skills. Rarely are people taught to increase their socializing skills and their self worth through practice and role play. As the sales consultant increases his skills, in turn his confidence rises. As his confidence rises, so does his bank account.

Now some people will say, that is not me, I want people to like me for who I am. This is a self-told lie that we as human beings use as an excuse. Typically an excuse of unwillingness to improve one self and skills. These people should be more worried than the person willing to improve them self.

The more time we spend focusing on our inner game and self worth, the more energy inside of us rises. As our energy rises, it gleams through your eyes, your body language, your tone of voice, and makes your words seem genuine, because they are genuine. It will attract people in to your life. The more positive energy you attract the more fulfilled you become and an increased desire to create value in the lives of others. You then become living the b side of reality, and you truly start to care more about the increase and the well-being of others then your self. The more you increase this, the more your inner game develops. The only way that is obtained is through first increasing your self worth in your own eyes. The treasure and tools are already there, they are just masked over with fallacies, false limiting beliefs, and insecurities developed from miss-perception.

Tools of Great and Terrible

As we move through out this life... we have things and tools... they are either great tools of production or terrible tools of destruction. Each thing is one with two ends of the spectrum...

GREAT <--------------------+--------------------> TERRIBLE

What ever the spectrum is as you see it above, it is either working TOWARDS the great or AWAY. If it is working away then it is working towards terrible. Often times we see it as two sides. The good side and the bad side.

Good / Bad

We have been trained through the A side to perceive it as good vs. bad. It's either good or it's bad. The b side to the truth is it is a spectrum... and it will not set idle. The things on how we use our tools will either be productive or they will be destructive.

As I drove to the office listening to the song "Fireflies" by Owl City, I was hit with an epiphany with our up and growing tool of production known as social media. One of the absolute best resources out there to increase brand name awareness and in turn increase revenue. (In Gary Vay-Ner-Chuck's book "Crush it" he explains the necessity of passion in your social media and I highly recommend reading the book and studying the need of passion. Passion is what makes your true'ness' click and come together.) Here is the warning with social media. I 100% support and I widely use it. As I listened to the song "Fireflies" the line "I like to make myself believe that planet Earth turns slowly. It's hard to say that I'd rather stay awake when I'm asleep, cause everything is never as it seems." This social media is not always as it seems. The social media must be regulated with the dictates of our own conscience. Here is what I mean by that... ever more are you seeing in restaurants, at the mall, in the theaters, in the business offices, and other places; people with their mobile devices stuck to their hand or their ears. They cannot control their built in mind controlled urge to text, check their blog, tweet their twitter, and post their Facebook.

How do I know this? I have experienced in my own life and I observe it daily in my profession as a Realtor. I see it with our young teens. I watch it take a dad's attention away from a four year old child. I watch as a girlfriend streams tears down her face as her boyfriend spends more time messaging a person in a foreign country. It will destroy lives, it will destroy relationships, but more than that it will destroy our b side, our connection with our self and our God. It will walk one into a mind controlled brain wash and the people will literally FOLLOW their social media leaders to their destruction.

I bring this up so that we may be aware of this great transformation in media and communication that has already begun and will only increase. USE THE TOOL, JUST USE IT WISELY! I recommend creating and having set of standards in which you as an individual will abide by with your social media. It can make you millions, but it can also take away the meaning of life. A life worth living. One can never have a life worth living when they have surrendered their control.

The B Side To The Truth Definition

As some of you may be wondering what is this B side to the Truth. Many people that know me or Chad have asked us around our office, called us, or even got more curious and have been asking for my text messages.

The B side to the Truth is now a definition. It is taking life to the higher brain and that which allows the highest amount of communication with your self.

The best way for me to understand it and possibly describe it is this: I grew up out west where there were many hay fields. I was famous for being the neighbor hood kid with terrible hay fever. For any of you that have experienced hay fever before there is sneezing and itchy itchy eyes. I would often wake up with gooped eye boogers and my eyes glued shut. My mom would always say "Colton! Stop touching your eyes!!" My lower braing thinking (A side) would be to continue to itch my eyes and rub them. Oh it felt so good to rub them. Yet the more I rubbed my eyes the worse it got. As I aged and matured over time I have learned... if I let my eyes alone... the itching decreases and my eyes start to fill better. My eye boogers are reduced and the natural defense of my body would eliminate the itch.

It is the same concept with everything in our life. Doing the thing that allows us the utmost highest level of communication with our own self. What I call the true'ness' inside of each one of us. It is through that self-communication that you live your life to fullest and the basic need for everyone... that's a happy life with the least amount of stressed.

The point of the b side to the truth is not to say that life won't get tough and stress won't rise... yet how to reduce the misery and raise the joy. How to help prevent in the future how you react to things. Really you can control a couple of things in this life is all. What happens to you is not one of them. You control your not even your thoughts, yet the thoughts that stay in your mind and what you focus on. If you do not take control, then what you focus on is set to default. And the outcome typically means more negativity and misery.

The A Side is typically the amygdala of the brain. Yet it is the false ways in which we have been programed in our subconscious mind that allow us to fail. It's doing things the way we perceived them to be and not the way our true'ness' knows them to be.

Intuition

Follow the dictates of your own conscience. We have receive the gift of intuition... are you using it?

The ability to follow the dictates of your own conscience can increase or decrease. Just as you mind must be worked as a muscle in a work out, your abilities too must be exercised. As you exercise your mind to gain clarity this will activate as Napoleon Hill calls it your sixth sense. It is your ability to think on a higher level and get answers from what seem sometimes to come from thin air.

It is the dictates of your own conscience that remind you if you are congruent with you core values and your true'ness' The problem is when we have to much A side in our life in becomes impossible to heed the counsel of your true'ness' through the dictates of your own conscience. It is this ability, your intuition, that helps you make those decisions that you know are right, yet your fabricated self from the A side clouds your mind.

So what are you doing to exercise the dictates of your own conscience?

Anchoring Another's Ship

Sometimes we are the anchor of another person's ship holding them back. It is painful to let that person set sail and be free, yet it is necessary for their freedom and discovery.

Yesterday I posted about our core values and the importance of discovering them. As I contemplated the subject further I realized why it is important to truly discover them. There are two sets of core values inside of us. One is a true'ness' set of core values and one is a fabricated set of core values. The fabricated set is the one that causes us to live a a self-told lie. It causes us to anchor another persons ship from sailing free.

An anchor is a either a powerful tool or a great hinder to our freedom or to the freedom of another spiritual being. The anchor must be self-lowered and for a reason of proper advancement and freedom.

If you are the great hinder, it is taking the higher road to cut yourself off and allow their ship to sail. There will be pain involved in your heart and probably in the heart of the one you set free. There will be a day you will look back upon this day and it will make sense.

The b side to the truth today is sometimes we hold people back because we are holding our self back. It boils down to true'ness' and authenticity with your self and your core values that I will call true'ness' values. The values that as your "I AM" inside of you; your true'ness'; your communication with God, will dictate them to you. They come from with in and not from someone else's list of values, or from a book, or from anything else than your self and God.

And not living true to those core values will cause you to be out of balance and become an anchor in the life of those you most care about. So here's the question you have to ask yourself... who am I anchoring from from freedom? And why am I anchoring them from freedom? Is it holding my ship back from setting sail? Is it holding me back because I am not being authentic?

Without pain... we would never be able to experience true bliss and joy.

Authentic

Be authentic with yourself first and it will enable you to be authentic with others. Often times when we are not true to our core values it causes conflict with in and it causes us to cheat others because we cheat ourselves.

In the book of John it continually rings in my mind... "You shall know of the truth, and the truth shall set you free." How free are we as we forget to be authentic and honest with ourselves and with people around us?

When we listen to our hearts we hear the words of God... and the words of God teach us how to be authentic.

The b side to the truth is that usually we are not authentic with our core values, mostly because we only recognize them on a subconscious level and have not developed a conscious set of core values that are authentic and congruent with our true'ness'. So ask yourself this question... what are my top 10 deepest rooted core values? Make a list and place where you will always see it so that it rings consciously and subconsciously.

My core values are simple:

1. Respect - for myself and others.

2. Knowledge - to continually increase.

3. Authentic Honesty - with myself and with others.

4. Standards - to commit and always live my mine.

5. Purity - to protect my virtue and that of others... it is power

6. Faith - to always believe and create.

7. Family - to give to those that give me so much.

8. Passion - to live the gift that God has given me.

9. Integrity - to continually counterbalance my life.

10. Gratitude - to recognize that all prosperity is connected directly to God.

The Consistent Thing About Life

As I sit and look back at the World that has been created for us one thing that is consitent illuminates in my mind. The only thing that will be the same tomorrow as today is simple... Is that tomorrow will have changes... Tomorrow is different.

So many of us spiritual beings in this human experience forget we are our own self made person. We are so unique that there is no one else outthere like us. And as the World and society changes... We to must embrace change. This is part of our creation. Please do not just accept change... Embrace it! The more you embrace and live in a World of what you are passionate about... The easier tomorrow is for you!

So many of us as individuals get stuck in living the life that others belive we should live... Or with doubt that we can be happy and make money while doing what we love.

When you were a little kid you could do anything you wanted. You were a wizard in the morning, broke your arm being a firefighter by noon... And winning the World Series by 5 in the afternoon. What happened to those dreams? They were crushed by a social opinion and a desire to be accepted.

The b side to the truth is if you want to be accepted and important then be who you are meant to be. Find inside of you your true'ness. Where you lose accepance is through lieing. Most people create someone that isn't in line with their passion... That is where the root of unhappiness is. Be authentic... People can sense when you are not.

The only way to become authentic is to recognize your passion and true'ness. Then aquire skills and education in line with your natural self.

The Little Extra

In the book OUTLIERS by Malcolm Gladwell, the difference over a 10 year period of becoming a professional pianist and just being a amateur pianist and a music teacher was an extra 2000 hours. Broken down that is only 30 minutes a day. are you spending an extra 30 minutes a day on your talent??

The principle of the small and simple things is what makes the difference in ones lives. Notice I said an extra 30 minutes a day. How many of us are spending any time a day on our natural talent or ability? Odds are most of us are not spending any time or do not even yet recognize our uniqueness.

I believe there are 2 things that we should become experts in about our self. Number one is our self as a whole in our true'ness' and the five realms which is spiritual, mental, physical, social, and financial. There are literally hundreds of thousands of little extra things we can do to become our best self. The second is becoming an expert in what we are passionate about and naturally skilled in. Becoming specialized is the key.

The b side to the truth today is simple... do the little extra things and the gate will swing open wider in abundance. Get up an extra 15 minutes, arrive 15 minutes early, read for 5 minutes instead of not reading at all, make a couple extra prospecting call, ask a couple extra people for business, spend an extra 10 minutes on cardio, do the extra 2 reps in your work out set, and hundreds of thousands of little extra things that apply to you. This will create a better and easier tomorrow for you.

Disappointment of The Destination

We live life in such a way we set our self up for failure in hopes of a change once we reach a certain point in life. Such things as graduation, marriage, turning 21, kids, a good job, a vacation, retirement. It seems to me that the anticipation is the best part. Remember it is the journey that teaches us our lesson. It is today that counts.

We are stuck in a have-do-be mindset. We have tricked our self through a society perception that we must have something to become something. We think once I have money I will be able to be free. It is the discipline though that makes you free. Sure financial freedom is a huge asset, yet it is only reached when we have transformation today, not transformation after we arrive.

The b side to the truth is in order to use the power of thought and positive emotion we must take control of our life today! We must live and enjoy right now! We must become in order to have. The secret is a be-do-have mindset. We must believe it first. As we believe it with strong thought pattern and slowly include powerful positive emotion our desire grows to such a greatness that this thought begins to create again and manifest itself in a tangible form.

Ask yourself this question... are you intentionally becoming... or are you waiting to become?? Either way you are what you have chosen to be.

Confidence

How do I increase my confidence? 1. Start with gratitude for what positive energy, people, and tools you have in your life. 2. Increase your daily knowledge. 3. Increase the amount in which you serve others. 4. Train yourself to have empowering thoughts. 5. Study what you feel you lack and get specific. When you get specific in your studies it creates a specialized knowledge and creates an energetic conversation.

The biggest fear, doubt, and worry we have as spiritual beings in this human experience is that we are not enough or we do not measure up. So taking 10 minutes a day to purposely increase our confidence will empower your life to a next level and increase your productivity along with yourself worth. When your confidence increases you win more people over to create better business relationships, friendships, and family bond.

Worth!

The worth of a person is so great! No matter the person... they have something to offer you. So ask yourself... who have you been taking for granted?

Last night I attended the Chevelle concert. (My good friend Sam Whittier's band, I AM THE, opended for them.) As I am not much of a rock style of music guy I went to support my friend. As Chevelle came on the stage they played a great show... as I sat and watched from the balcony above at the crowd below... I noticed how much energy Chevelle had created amongst this crowd. Everyone was focused and the stage and lost in a trans. I realized how much influence Chevelle had on this crowd. And it dawned on me... they had been given a talent, they maximize their skill, and they shared it... not worrying about an outcome, yet playing because they were passionate about their music. And because they detached their self from the outcome, they influence many around the nation.

I realized those people in the crowd were after the same thing I am after, and it's happiness. I learned that happiness starts with our own self worth, and that through our talents we help others discover their own self worth. Just as others inspire us with their skills and talents... we too have skills and talents that will change others lives.

Each one of us as spiritual being are in a human experience with mortal limitations. Limitations that can and should be removed. The limitations of not being enough, of fear, of being right or wrong. Their is not two sides of a fence, yet only two directions of a continuum.

So the b side to the truth today is stop searching for right or wrong... and start searching for the better more efficient way. And remember those that have given you their love and have given you the opportunity to love. Be grateful what you have and stop wasting time on what you don't have or what you have lost out on.

Increased Happiness

Raising your happiness through physical exertion and meditation. It raises your endorphins and creates clarity and focus. Feeling bogged down?? Then take action and see your physiology change!

Everyone is so caught up in I need more sleep, I need more sleep. In some cases that may be true. In reality though our physical bodies only need 4 to 5 hours of consistent sleep. The reason why we feel we need more sleep is cause we are active in the wrong ways. We have cluttered minds and stress of life that comes from school, work, family, finances, and bad choices. We can choose how we react to the outcomes of our life and it will change our stress level. We can do many exercises that lower our stress because of the outcomes that have occurred whether as consequences or conditions that we have no control over.

Getting up even a half hour early will actually give you more energy than sleeping that extra half hour. Yet it depends on the activity that you do... take the extra time to be ready for the day and not rushing out the door. Take the time to meditate and pray. Take the time to read a book. Take the time to write in your journal.

Why in the morning?? It is when our vibrations in our mind are alpha brain waves are strongest. As the day goes by our brain waves shift to beta waves and are stronger by night time. It is a great idea to meditate for 15 to 20 minutes in the afternoon also because it will help strengthen your alpha waves and give your increased energy. Alpha waves give you a sense of relaxation and energy.

So exercise and meditation are great ways to increase your endorphins and shift your brain waves.

The b side to the truth is more action means more energy! More energy means more happiness!

Law of Specific Focus

We are trained to diversify ourselves. Think b side of that... think get specific and put all your eggs into one basket. the more you focus on something with energy and positive emotion the more skill and confidence you gain. Laser focus!

We are trained in school when we excel in math, to put more focus on reading because our math is up to par or above average. Yet if we would let ourselves excel in what we are naturally talented in; our life will be easier, happier, and more service oriented. We will do it because we love to do it. We will make a difference in the lives of others.

The b side to the truth today is impossible for a person in any industry to be great at a profession if he or she does not continually counterbalance his human life value and does not get specific and skilled in a certain realm of his business. We must become specialists! The key is become a rock star at what you do and what you are passionate about!

Here is the question you have to ask yourself... what drives me and frees me? What skill, characteristic, and/or ability do I have that comes natural to me? Don't know what it is... ask 5 people today what skills or talents you have that they wish they had... and listen... and write it down. People will tell you, they wish they had your skills.

The problem is because our true'ness' talent comes so easy and natural to us, we think that it is common and that everyone has that same talent... the b side is... you are one of few my friend!

The Hold Back

Feelings of frustration and confusion about our life or situation come from with in. it is an indicator that we are creating self-told stories and self-told lies. The difficulty sometimes in acting is finding the true benefit. Truly ask yourself what is holding you back inside.

A great way to do this is to break it down to each realm: spiritual, mental, physical, social, and financial. Usually it is a self-told lie in one realm holding you back in another realm and holding you back from personal progress.

This must be done in a certain way, without competition. 95% of us have the common fear and limiting belief. It is the fear of not being enough for someone else. It is the fear of not measuring up in the eyes of another individual or a group of individuals. It creates a a check list of having to be someone your are not deep inside. Not do not mistake this for abandoning the responsibility that must be taken on your own to have personal growth.. i.e. increasing your skills and talents. And the one we fear we do not measure up the most for is our fake ego self. The imaginary person in ourselves that we have created due to our perception of having to measure up for those around us.

Gain clarity through the small and simple principles and actions. Develop habits to just release frustrations. When you release your frustrations and detach yourself from the outcome; you become clear, focused, and purpose driven.

The b side to the truth today is simple. You are enough. You just have to listen to your God-Self, true'ness'. You must throw away the checklist of measuring up and start the checklist of what you already are. You are beautiful, skillful, intellectual, giving, child of God. You are you. You have a unique set of skills and abilities that no one else has. You have a specific reason for your existence and everything else is a cloud that blur's your vision on your true'ness'.

Friends become what you already are inside.

Yesterday is Gone

Think about yesterday. You can never change it. That day is forever printed in ink. So forget about it. We cannot spend our days trying to fix yesterday. We must spend it creating additions today!

The b side to the truth is we spend too much time on the past that we consume all of our time thinking "I shoulda..." You can should all over yourself, yet it does not change the past. It does one thing when you should on yourself. It creates a negative energy. So take the time and focus on what great things you have today!

Beauty in our lives

There is always beauty in our lives... what are the three most beautiful things in your life? think about it and share it with someone.

We determine the energy inside of us each morning with the decision we make on our Spiritual, Mental, and Physical activities. They all work together. A great way to start your day with positive energy is a gratitude list. Take 5 minutes and write a list of everything you are grateful for. Be specific. Now take 5 minutes and more than "things" think people. Write a list of people you are grateful for in your life. Then next to each one of their names write specifically why you are grateful for that person. The challenge is let one person a day for one week know specifically what they have done that empowered your life so greatly.

Our 6th Sense - God-Self

Our 6th sense comes from our God-Self. When we have an idea we must act fast or it will die. when we hear a voice, when we hear something multiple times in a week by coincidence it is our 6th sense. Choose to listen and apply.

The b side the truth is we do not listen to ourselves. We do not listen to our God-Self. Our God-Self is the little "I Am" in side of you. It is where your true'ness' lies. The only way to truly hear it is to train your self to become aware of your communication with yourself. In the Holy Bible a verse reads "you shall know of the truth and the truth shall set you free." It is freedom we seek and it comes from the inside. A great book on this subject is called BLINK: the power of thinking without thinking, by Malcolm Gladwell. It gives great insight on our 6th sense. Also Napoleon Hill's own personal master mind in his mind developed a powerful habit for recognizing his 6th sense. This is tied in directly with the power of prayer.

Thought is only the beginning... without emotion no thought can be created tangibly. It matters not if it is positive or negative. The same they both create. Yet it is the conscious silence that trains the subconscious to limitless positive bounds.

You can read an affirmation a hundred times... yet if there is not emotion... it will not anchor to anything. The b side to the truth is spend 15 to 20 minutes a day in conscious silence to create positive anchors with your thoughts and to create clarity. The Power of Starting

The 50% theory. Half of the battle in any activity is starting. Put your energy and focus into scheduling when you will start and religiously start on time. Then the other 50% will virtually take care of itself.

Logically we know we must begin or do an activity. We as humans are great at creating a self-told lie or a story in our minds of why or why not to do something. We must create stories for the correct action. Logic is not enough. Logic explains to us why it's important, emotion makes us act and act more. The key is to have focused thoughts anchored with emotion. Once we begin the logic and emotion added together creates self-synergy and results are born.

The b side to the truth today is be religious at starting and executing your plans. Execute them on time and quick. The longer we wait the more our emotion escapes and logic is not enough to get the job done.

Little Accidents

A religious leader once gave a discourse on a subject he called God's Tender Mercies. Steve D'Annunzio calls this the law of synchronization. I call it giving love will return love.

These little coincidences and accidents are small opportunities in which we can choose to allow in to our lives or not. It is all on if we open our eyes or not.

For example: When you meet a new person that thinks and acts much like you for a better cause. This is not an accident, there is a reason and an opportunity associated. Often times we see the word opportunity to mean financial opportunity. I use it in way that means inner happiness fulfillment. This could be spiritually, mentally, physically, socially, or financially.

The secret to getting tender mercies is to create more for others. Have you ever called, sent a text message, a gratitude card, or went out of your way to serve someone? Then later they say thank you, you have no idea how much I needed that. The more often you do these things the more energy it creates inside of you to increase your true'ness'.

The b side of the truth today is the more we consciously give uplifting things to the lives of others, the more we will transform our own lives. The more you give to others, the more you give to yourself.

Worrying About the Future Won't Change the Past

Many times we sit and worry about the future in a scarcity mindset because of past experiences. Sometimes we need to stop asking why and start asking how! Once we do the how... we will have a better understanding of the why.

And then sometimes we may never understand the why... we may never understand why things happened in our life that we had no control over. What we can understand is how we react to that event will alter our mind forever. It can either build us up or tear us apart from the inside out.

So next time you find yourself asking why do I have to do this... or why is important to pray... or why is important to be proactive... or why is it important to eat healthy... or why whatever... just stop... find a model to follow that is successful in that subject... and do it. Within a short amount of time you will have a why answered for you with no logical explanation to give.

The Trap of Money

Colton Lindsay October 13 at 9:14am
So many times we strive to make more money to get the next purchase. To buy the new car, to afford the new house, to get some new jeans. Which all of these items if you correctly are assets and not liabilities as we have been taught they are.

For example our cars. They are one of the greatest assets that we have. They take us to our place of productivity and allows us to create more value. The ability to increase our value creation is what gives us greater inner success. Now any car that runs will get us to and from. The b side to the truth is we spend to much money as a lack of financial discipline. When we spend more or close to what we produce we actually create a trap for ourselves. Depending on your income I would dare to say you should not be spending more than 50 to 60 percent total. That includes mortgage/rent, car payment, insurance, utilities, groceries, entertainment, and all expenses.

The freedom of having savings, being able to comfortably afford things, and not worrying about expenses will free up your mind to think clearer and be more productive. This will allow you to actually make more money. It takes our dependency of money away and we do things for the purpose of creating value in the lives of others which in turn is the greatest thing you can do for yourself by serving others in everything you do.

The Power of Positive Thinking

This was sent to me from one of my very best friends, Jordyn Pebbles. Please pay close attention to the words she uses in the description of the power of positive thinking. She had to present in front of he college class this exact paper she wrote. The professor was the only person that agreed with it, and said to the effect it was the best concepts that he had ever heard. It goes to show me that the majority of our society is living in a negative mindset. The b side to the truth is what you plug in your mind and how you react to situations determines your mindset and your life.

Positive thinking is a mental attitude that admits into our minds thoughts, words and images that are conductive to growth, expansion and success. Positive thinking brings inner peace, success, improved relationships, better health, happiness and satisfaction. It also helps the daily affairs of life move more smoothly, and makes life look bright and promising.

It is quite common for people to say "think positive!” to someone who feels down and worried. Most people do not take these words seriously, as they do not know what they really mean, or do not consider them as useful and effective. How many people do you know, who stop to think what the power of positive thinking means?

Positive and negative thinking are both contagious. All of us affect, in one way or another, the people we meet. This happens through thought and feeling transference, and through body language. Is it any wonder that we want to be around positive people and avoid negative ones?

Negative thoughts, words and attitude bring up negative unhappy moods and actions. When the mind is negative, it seems almost impossible to think of anything else, which causes more unhappiness and negativity. This is the way to failure, frustration and disappointment.

In order to make positive thinking yield results, you need to develop a positive attitude toward life, expect a successful outcome of whatever you do, but also take the correct actions to make sure that your outcome is a success.

Effective positive thinking that brings results is much more than just repeating a few positive words, or telling yourself that everything is going to be all right. It has to be your mental attitude. It is not enough to think positively for a few moments, and then letting fears and lack of belief enter your mind. Some effort and inner work are necessary. Are you willing to make a real inner change? Are you willing to change the way you think? Are you willing to develop a mental power that can positively affect you, your environment and the people around you?

Once you commit to not only wanting to be positive, but actually being positive, things in your

life will start changing and becoming better. Once you start trying and not just hoping you will no

longer be looking to others around you for happiness, but creating your own.

What bogs us down?

Last night I had an incredible experience. My cell phone broke! I could not text, call, or receive calls on my phone. In fact I still can't. But I was able to enjoy the company of my family. Although I have been ill the last couple of days, I was able to converse and "be with" them. Instead of being with who ever else I was focused on while I was text messaging or always with my cell phone in hand.

The b side of the truth is we get so lost in techonology that we forget our roots. We forget our direct connection with God. We forget to build relationships. This is the cause of faulty teens and dating these days. 10 year olds with cell phones for safety, or whatever. The fact of the matter is we must train ourselves to be alive with out technology.

The challenge is spend tonight with no phone, email, or facebook. See what happens.
Want to take it to a level that will change you. No phone, email, or facebook til you get to the office or where ever you are going tomorrow.

What do I do with the extra time? Spend it with your family, reading, writing in your jounral, writing gratitude cards, and other activities that build your positive energy.

Everying is ok

Today's message is simple. God is real. Sometimes we need to just hear or feel comforted that everything in this life and the one to come is going to be okay. It is the hope created from intentional faith that will lift our spirits. So today I say everything is not only okay, but life is amazing. Look at the greatness in your life!

We must constantly be building our hope through our faith. Activities will and must include daily prayer (vocalized will created a deeper concentration and declaration), daily gratitude to your creator and those vital relationships in your life, and positive energy building in your true'ness'.

Creating Vs. Worrying

There is a difference in creating our future and worrying about our future. We often times worry about our future due to past experiences. We must create the future we want through thought. Be careful with worrying... that too will create your future.

How many hours do we spend re-living experiences in our mind over and over again? The funny thing is the hours we spend re-living are experiences are the negative ones. This then creates negative energy inside of you.

The ability to re-live great experiences and learned experiences through gratitude will increase your positive energy. This is the quickest and easiest way to reset your mind to think positively. Then continue with that energy and create in your mind the way you desire life to be! And be specific.

Patience and Living

When you think about it patience is our life. Without patience you’re in a rush to somewhere as if there is an arrival. But it’s in your travel that you will live your life. Patience can have many different meanings, they all lead back to one root source, which is knowledge. Knowledge is the key to a man’s salvation. It’s taught in the holy scriptures, in the Koran, and everyman with wisdom has sought this fulfillment through knowledge. But where does the knowledge come from? That is where patience comes in. Often time we hear someone say “you have to have a lot of patience with him”. What do you even mean by that is my questions? Because he may not have discovered his true”ness” as of yet? Or maybe you also have not yet discovered your true”ness”. Or maybe he has discovered his and you do not understand or cannot see in side of his world. Patience is the path to knowledge. A man with patience will remove himself from the action for a portion and evaluate what is going on in all realms of his life. Often times we get so caught up in living life we forget to make the minor adjustments. I guess that’s where God comes in and humbles us with some discontent until we finally realize, ok… something has to change. The patience then steps in when we find out the a missing link to our development of talents. Patience is asking the question “What is God trying to teach me right this moment?” And the more you ask yourself that questions and seek to apply his direct communication with you, the more you are applying patience and not fretting about the situation nor the destination, but you are then living life. As your days pass by, so does your life.

Unsuspected Gratitude

The power of unsuspected gratitude. It is considered custom to give gratitude when someone has directly served you. Which in itself is powerful. they there is an unseen service when someone has indirectly impacted your life. this is the unsuspected gratitude we must give back. Doing this gives you and the unsuspected person a quantum leap in energy. So who in your life is the unsuspected? Let them know they have made a difference in your life.

The B Side To The Truth challenge is to select three (3) people that are unsuspected... and send to them a sincere gratitude card. The best way to share the gratitude in the card is to be specific in what they have done to influence your life.

The B Side To The Truth

What is the purpose of this blog and the b side to the truth. Chad Holmes and I have had a great desire to follow what we are passionate about. Sometimes finding out what one is passionate about is more difficult than it sounds. The bottom line is God said "Love God with all thy heart, mind, and soul... and love thy neighbor as thyself". When you are serving another you are loving your God. The real great part about it is creating value for others is only increasing you human life value and your energy. When you have increased energy, the law of attraction will actually bring more abundance into your life through opportunity.

The "B" side to the truth is a group on facebook, a blog, a podcast, and an way of educating ourselves to the reality of life. The "A" side of life we are seeing through a programmed perception of life. Typically one we gain in our youth from media, school, parents, family members, friends, religion, and what ever we experience growing up in society. We then gain many fallacies and limiting beliefs that do just that... they limit us... limit us from who we really are, from success, from passion, and from happiness.

We give specific principle activities that will allow you to have limitless beliefs and give you the courage to live the life you have always wanted. The life that if fulfiling, enjoying, and a life worth living.

Understanding Why

One of the keys to happiness and progress is to bottom line admit that sometimes we just don't know why... We will not know and understand all things. The sooner we internally accept that the more we will truly understand.

This life is controlled through action and on a conscious and subconscious level. Many times we over look our natural instinct for a logical explanation. We have three areas in our brain... from our amygdala to our neocortex we have a great range of emotion and action inside of us. Often times we think like animals when we need to be more logical and even more often we think to logically instead of like an animal.

Trust yourself. Trust your God.
