The Dirty Mind

“Stress is basically a disconnection from the earth, a forgetting of the breath. Stress is an ignorant state. It believes that everything is an emergency. Nothing is that important. Just lie down.” Natalie Goldberg

The dirty mind clogs our brain from the ability to enjoy. Daily we are building a trench around us so deep we may never escape. With a quick thought my friend Josh Florence past to me today accelerated recent thoughts I have personally been having. He and I recently participated in full body cleanse to eliminate toxins from our bodies. In his message he text... "What about a mind cleanse??" As he continued he pointed out through his study, the ability to have mental cleanse is the ability to have technological discipline. As part of the mental realm, technological discipline is essential to mental strength, clarity, and having a life worth living.

We have become slaves to the social media network as much as we have been slaves to television media, radio media, and social acceptance. Social acceptance has risen to a level of complete disappointment in such a manner that is literally destroying the world before our eyes and we are so mentally captive that we are blinded to the reality as almost as if we are passing through this existence in the Blockbuster hit "The Matrix". We have eliminated our ability to think and act for ourselves. And those who disagree with this are the ones that are deepest in the pile of shit that has been bestowed upon us. It has created a true mind control over us.

The b side to the truth today is less social media (controlled use) and technological discipline to be included in the mental realm just as: Spiritual, physical and financial discipline are high priority.

In order to disarm the guard that keeps me captive, with in a mastermind group I am dedicating use of technology in such a manner. Absolutely no more than 5 minutes a day on Facebook and Twitter to post a status for the b side fans. I will also spend 10 to 15 minutes to write the b side blog and to post the b side podcast. No text messaging starting on Wed. March 3rd before 11:00 a.m. no matter who the text message comes from.

Taking control of your mind and your spirit are the only things that will enable one to rise to a fuller potential. Recognize yours.
