Crabs in a Bucket

There are two paradigm directions on the continuum of life. One is a positive energy towards your B Side "I Am" and the other is your negative energy towards your A Side "Ego". The law of synergy is a temporal principle that works with negative and positive energy. The more positive energy people you get together it creates a quantum leap of positive energy. Yet the same is true with negative people.

Early on in my real estate career I quickly learned that there are more negative energy people out there then there are positive energy people out there. A great friend of mine, Abe Shreve, related a story to me that helped me really understand this principle. He said to me "you must be careful in this business and in life. Negative energy is like crabs in a bucket. If you get a large bucket full of crabs you can leave them all in there with no lid on the bucket." I asked why is that? He said "as one tries to escape out the top the other's keep grabbing it and pulling it back down. It is the same with people, if you are around negative people they will keep pulling you down."

Analyze your life. Quickly observe who the the crabs are in your bucket and get them out quickly. The Negative A Side paradigm is so subtle most times we can aquire it without even realizing it. If we are around negative energy long enough, it becomes apart of us.

The B Side To The Truth today is to cut out negative people instantly from your life. Jerry Gillies said "It takes a lot more energy to fail than to succeed, since it takes a lot of concentrated energy to hold on to beliefs that don't work." The moment you release negative people and negative energy from your life it will be as if you can breath freely and full of exuberant energy. Each one of us have the natural ability to feel energy and know positive energy from negative energy. Some have become so captive in negative energy it is now harder for them to recognize. This negative A Side paradigm direction often times contains people that feel the world owe's them something, or they are the victim, or they have experienced every bad thing possible in this life. The reality is there mindset keeps them captive into viewing the world and the way the view people around them. Applying principles that lead you in the B Side paradigm direction will change how you view the world and you view the people around you. You can know instantly the energy of someone when you meet them. So ask your self "How is this person's energy?"
