Smoke and Mirrors

"Hutchison's Law:

Any occurrence requiring undivided attention will be accompanied by a compelling distraction.” - Robert Bloch

The absolute greatest weakness a man can have is his lack of understanding. Typically what keeps a man from understanding is his inability to receive grace. Little by little is something made to become magnificent. Slowly is a great nation built, tiny pieces of knowledge added over time is what gives a man understanding and wisdom.

What creates this weakness of a lack of understanding? Smoke and mirrors of life. Many of great people have spoke the words of smoke and mirrors. Smoke and mirrors are the distractions of life that reel us in on the bate of fallacy. The fictitious thought of the grass being greener on the other side or a pot of gold being at the end of the rainbow, and when we get there we find we are no further closer to happiness than when we started. Yet smoke and mirrors may be the beginning of learning temporal principles that we may anchor into truth and happiness, we must one day take our physical eyes off and look through the smoke and mirrors to see the real picture.

The B Side To The Truth is life is full of deception, lies, fallacies, and smoke and mirrors. Only with a determined discipline to find truth and happiness with a pure heart will one be lead down a course and have their weakness turned into the strength of understanding. No one can give you this... it may only be received. The question is... are you going to focus and exert your energy enough to have the chance of receiving it... or are you going to live your life in the smoke and mirrors of lies?
