Yesterday is Gone

Think about yesterday. You can never change it. That day is forever printed in ink. So forget about it. We cannot spend our days trying to fix yesterday. We must spend it creating additions today!

The b side to the truth is we spend too much time on the past that we consume all of our time thinking "I shoulda..." You can should all over yourself, yet it does not change the past. It does one thing when you should on yourself. It creates a negative energy. So take the time and focus on what great things you have today!

Beauty in our lives

There is always beauty in our lives... what are the three most beautiful things in your life? think about it and share it with someone.

We determine the energy inside of us each morning with the decision we make on our Spiritual, Mental, and Physical activities. They all work together. A great way to start your day with positive energy is a gratitude list. Take 5 minutes and write a list of everything you are grateful for. Be specific. Now take 5 minutes and more than "things" think people. Write a list of people you are grateful for in your life. Then next to each one of their names write specifically why you are grateful for that person. The challenge is let one person a day for one week know specifically what they have done that empowered your life so greatly.

Our 6th Sense - God-Self

Our 6th sense comes from our God-Self. When we have an idea we must act fast or it will die. when we hear a voice, when we hear something multiple times in a week by coincidence it is our 6th sense. Choose to listen and apply.

The b side the truth is we do not listen to ourselves. We do not listen to our God-Self. Our God-Self is the little "I Am" in side of you. It is where your true'ness' lies. The only way to truly hear it is to train your self to become aware of your communication with yourself. In the Holy Bible a verse reads "you shall know of the truth and the truth shall set you free." It is freedom we seek and it comes from the inside. A great book on this subject is called BLINK: the power of thinking without thinking, by Malcolm Gladwell. It gives great insight on our 6th sense. Also Napoleon Hill's own personal master mind in his mind developed a powerful habit for recognizing his 6th sense. This is tied in directly with the power of prayer.

Conscious Silence

Thought is only the beginning... without emotion no thought can be created tangibly. It matters not if it is positive or negative. The same they both create. Yet it is the conscious silence that trains the subconscious to limitless positive bounds.

You can read an affirmation a hundred times... yet if there is not emotion... it will not anchor to anything. The b side to the truth is spend 15 to 20 minutes a day in conscious silence to create positive anchors with your thoughts and to create clarity. When you increase your clarity and organization in your mind, your production will have a quantum leap.

The Power of Starting

The 50% theory. Half of the battle in any activity is starting. Put your energy and focus into scheduling when you will start and religiously start on time. Then the other 50% will virtually take care of itself.

Logically we know we must begin or do an activity. We as humans are great at creating a self-told lie or a story in our minds of why or why not to do something. We must create stories for the correct action. Logic is not enough. Logic explains to us why it's important, emotion makes us act and act more. The key is to have focused thoughts anchored with emotion. Once we begin the logic and emotion added together creates self-synergy and results are born.

The b side to the truth today is be religious at starting and executing your plans. Execute them on time and quick. The longer we wait the more our emotion escapes and logic is not enough to get the job done.

Little Accidents

A religious leader once gave a discourse on a subject he called God's Tender Mercies. Steve D'Annunzio calls this the law of synchronization. I call it giving love will return love.

These little coincidences and accidents are small opportunities in which we can choose to allow in to our lives or not. It is all on if we open our eyes or not.

For example: When you meet a new person that thinks and acts much like you for a better cause. This is not an accident, there is a reason and an opportunity associated. Often times we see the word opportunity to mean financial opportunity. I use it in way that means inner happiness fulfillment. This could be spiritually, mentally, physically, socially, or financially.

The secret to getting tender mercies is to create more for others. Have you ever called, sent a text message, a gratitude card, or went out of your way to serve someone? Then later they say thank you, you have no idea how much I needed that. The more often you do these things the more energy it creates inside of you to increase your true'ness'.

The b side of the truth today is the more we consciously give uplifting things to the lives of others, the more we will transform our own lives. The more you give to others, the more you give to yourself.

Worrying About the Future Won't Change the Past

Many times we sit and worry about the future in a scarcity mindset because of past experiences. Sometimes we need to stop asking why and start asking how! Once we do the how... we will have a better understanding of the why.

And then sometimes we may never understand the why... we may never understand why things happened in our life that we had no control over. What we can understand is how we react to that event will alter our mind forever. It can either build us up or tear us apart from the inside out.

So next time you find yourself asking why do I have to do this... or why is important to pray... or why is important to be proactive... or why is it important to eat healthy... or why whatever... just stop... find a model to follow that is successful in that subject... and do it. Within a short amount of time you will have a why answered for you with no logical explanation to give.

The Trap of Money

Colton Lindsay October 13 at 9:14am
So many times we strive to make more money to get the next purchase. To buy the new car, to afford the new house, to get some new jeans. Which all of these items if you correctly are assets and not liabilities as we have been taught they are.

For example our cars. They are one of the greatest assets that we have. They take us to our place of productivity and allows us to create more value. The ability to increase our value creation is what gives us greater inner success. Now any car that runs will get us to and from. The b side to the truth is we spend to much money as a lack of financial discipline. When we spend more or close to what we produce we actually create a trap for ourselves. Depending on your income I would dare to say you should not be spending more than 50 to 60 percent total. That includes mortgage/rent, car payment, insurance, utilities, groceries, entertainment, and all expenses.

The freedom of having savings, being able to comfortably afford things, and not worrying about expenses will free up your mind to think clearer and be more productive. This will allow you to actually make more money. It takes our dependency of money away and we do things for the purpose of creating value in the lives of others which in turn is the greatest thing you can do for yourself by serving others in everything you do.

The Power of Positive Thinking

This was sent to me from one of my very best friends, Jordyn Pebbles. Please pay close attention to the words she uses in the description of the power of positive thinking. She had to present in front of he college class this exact paper she wrote. The professor was the only person that agreed with it, and said to the effect it was the best concepts that he had ever heard. It goes to show me that the majority of our society is living in a negative mindset. The b side to the truth is what you plug in your mind and how you react to situations determines your mindset and your life.

Positive thinking is a mental attitude that admits into our minds thoughts, words and images that are conductive to growth, expansion and success. Positive thinking brings inner peace, success, improved relationships, better health, happiness and satisfaction. It also helps the daily affairs of life move more smoothly, and makes life look bright and promising.

It is quite common for people to say "think positive!” to someone who feels down and worried. Most people do not take these words seriously, as they do not know what they really mean, or do not consider them as useful and effective. How many people do you know, who stop to think what the power of positive thinking means?

Positive and negative thinking are both contagious. All of us affect, in one way or another, the people we meet. This happens through thought and feeling transference, and through body language. Is it any wonder that we want to be around positive people and avoid negative ones?

Negative thoughts, words and attitude bring up negative unhappy moods and actions. When the mind is negative, it seems almost impossible to think of anything else, which causes more unhappiness and negativity. This is the way to failure, frustration and disappointment.

In order to make positive thinking yield results, you need to develop a positive attitude toward life, expect a successful outcome of whatever you do, but also take the correct actions to make sure that your outcome is a success.

Effective positive thinking that brings results is much more than just repeating a few positive words, or telling yourself that everything is going to be all right. It has to be your mental attitude. It is not enough to think positively for a few moments, and then letting fears and lack of belief enter your mind. Some effort and inner work are necessary. Are you willing to make a real inner change? Are you willing to change the way you think? Are you willing to develop a mental power that can positively affect you, your environment and the people around you?

Once you commit to not only wanting to be positive, but actually being positive, things in your

life will start changing and becoming better. Once you start trying and not just hoping you will no

longer be looking to others around you for happiness, but creating your own.

What bogs us down?

Last night I had an incredible experience. My cell phone broke! I could not text, call, or receive calls on my phone. In fact I still can't. But I was able to enjoy the company of my family. Although I have been ill the last couple of days, I was able to converse and "be with" them. Instead of being with who ever else I was focused on while I was text messaging or always with my cell phone in hand.

The b side of the truth is we get so lost in techonology that we forget our roots. We forget our direct connection with God. We forget to build relationships. This is the cause of faulty teens and dating these days. 10 year olds with cell phones for safety, or whatever. The fact of the matter is we must train ourselves to be alive with out technology.

The challenge is spend tonight with no phone, email, or facebook. See what happens.
Want to take it to a level that will change you. No phone, email, or facebook til you get to the office or where ever you are going tomorrow.

What do I do with the extra time? Spend it with your family, reading, writing in your jounral, writing gratitude cards, and other activities that build your positive energy.

Everying is ok

Today's message is simple. God is real. Sometimes we need to just hear or feel comforted that everything in this life and the one to come is going to be okay. It is the hope created from intentional faith that will lift our spirits. So today I say everything is not only okay, but life is amazing. Look at the greatness in your life!

We must constantly be building our hope through our faith. Activities will and must include daily prayer (vocalized will created a deeper concentration and declaration), daily gratitude to your creator and those vital relationships in your life, and positive energy building in your true'ness'.

Creating Vs. Worrying

There is a difference in creating our future and worrying about our future. We often times worry about our future due to past experiences. We must create the future we want through thought. Be careful with worrying... that too will create your future.

How many hours do we spend re-living experiences in our mind over and over again? The funny thing is the hours we spend re-living are experiences are the negative ones. This then creates negative energy inside of you.

The ability to re-live great experiences and learned experiences through gratitude will increase your positive energy. This is the quickest and easiest way to reset your mind to think positively. Then continue with that energy and create in your mind the way you desire life to be! And be specific.

Patience and Living

When you think about it patience is our life. Without patience you’re in a rush to somewhere as if there is an arrival. But it’s in your travel that you will live your life. Patience can have many different meanings, they all lead back to one root source, which is knowledge. Knowledge is the key to a man’s salvation. It’s taught in the holy scriptures, in the Koran, and everyman with wisdom has sought this fulfillment through knowledge. But where does the knowledge come from? That is where patience comes in. Often time we hear someone say “you have to have a lot of patience with him”. What do you even mean by that is my questions? Because he may not have discovered his true”ness” as of yet? Or maybe you also have not yet discovered your true”ness”. Or maybe he has discovered his and you do not understand or cannot see in side of his world. Patience is the path to knowledge. A man with patience will remove himself from the action for a portion and evaluate what is going on in all realms of his life. Often times we get so caught up in living life we forget to make the minor adjustments. I guess that’s where God comes in and humbles us with some discontent until we finally realize, ok… something has to change. The patience then steps in when we find out the a missing link to our development of talents. Patience is asking the question “What is God trying to teach me right this moment?” And the more you ask yourself that questions and seek to apply his direct communication with you, the more you are applying patience and not fretting about the situation nor the destination, but you are then living life. As your days pass by, so does your life.
